Warranty Returns
If you need to return defective or damaged merchandise for replacement or need to exchange apparel items due to sizing issues, please email kiagearsupport@dfpromotions.com
Any apparel items that have been used, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
All merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receipt of goods in order to receive a replacement or full credit refund on the goods returned. The items must be in good retail condition (all tags still attached, and items are not damaged or stained).
If applicable, the purchaser will be issued a credit memo and the credit will be added back to the user’s account within 2 business days, upon receipt and inspection of goods.
Items will be replaced promptly, but turnaround time may vary based on production schedules and custom made-to-order items.
Returns or exchanges for custom made-to-order items that are defective, damaged or have sizing issues may require the purchaser to provide additional documentation for approval.
